The Third International Musical Festival “Ambassadorial Gifts” was running in the Armoury Chamber from 10th till 24th October 2016. It was thematically related to the recently opened exhibition "Elegance and Splendour of Art Deco. The Kyoto Costume Institute, Jewelry Houses Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels".

Festival’s concerts reflected main tendencies and features of the Art Deco style in music. It began with presenting the pieces by Russian composers of Sergey Diaghilev’s “Les Saisons Russes”, marked by searching new aesthetic forms, innovations in the sphere of musical language, and led to the flourishing of jazz and dynamism. Each of the concerts became an impressive and unforgettable event thanks to both stylistically selected program and artistry of Russian and foreign musicians, soloists and ensembles: Chamber Ensemble Brahms Trio, New Russian Quartet, The Chamber Choir of Moscow Conservatoire (conductor Maria Chelmakina), Karol  Szymanowski Quartet with soloist Agatha Szymczewska (violin, Poland), Kanon Matsuda (piano, Japan), Askar Abdrazakov (bass singer), Maria Tretyakova (piano, Russia-Italy), Denis Shapovalov (violoncello), Darya Zikova (soprano), Alexey Lukovnikov (piano) and others.
