For the first time, the Moscow Kremlin Museums will take part in the 23rd International Exhibition of Gifts ‘Presentica’, where they are going to present new souvenirs themed on the collections of the museum. The display will be held on 21-23 September in Gostiny Dvor.

The best samples of graphics from the collection ‘Ancientries of the Russian State’ kept in the funds of the Moscow Kremlin Museums became the source of inspiration for the new range of souvenirs. The core of this collection is the heritage of Fyodor Grigorievich Solntsev – an artist-archaeologist of the 19th century, who was drawing jewellery and royal garments from the Armoury Chamber collection. He created around 1400 art pieces, including the watercolour ‘Throne of Tsar Ivan the Terrible’, which became the base for the collection of decorative ceramics by Maria Kokorina (‘Krasnolesye’ brand). Another collection of souvenirs is dedicated to the architecture of Kremlin monuments: the hand-made tea cups with saucers were created in cooperation with the Russian Porcelain Manufacture (‘RUPOR’ brand).

The company Radical Chic will also present its items, created in collaboration with the Moscow Kremlin Museums. These are silk neck-pieces with prints of ancient state regalia, thrones and items of court ceremonies. In addition, the guests will be the first to see the new limited range of souvenirs, prepared for the future exhibition ‘Legends of the Kremlin: Russian Romanticism and the Armoury Chamber’.

PRESENTICA – is the exhibition-market of exclusive gifts, which comprised more than 200 participants from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and China. The guests will observe the best offers of the brands and self-employed masters in 7 different categories – from corporate gifts and interior items to jewellery and accessories. Besides, they will have an opportunity to visit themed photo zones and carry out a tasting of baklava; the business programme is prepared for business representatives.
