    Ming Dynasty: The radiance of Knowledge

    It will be the first time when the collection of the Shanghai Museum will be demonstrated in the Moscow Kremlin Museums. The exhibition is dedicated to the Ming dynasty epoch (1368–1644), one of the most vivid pages in the wealthiest heritage of China. Experts call that period – the "extension of knowledge", as the interest in art, literature and music, intimate knowledge of philosophical and historical tractates becomes a real cult. This very body of knowledge and interests is known as “scholarship” in China.

    'Ming Dynasty: The Radiance of Knowledge' Exhibition will be held at the Moscow Kremlin Museum

    Major exhibition project organized by the Moscow Kremlin Museums is devoted to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) - one of the highlights in Chinese heritage. Passion for arts, literature, music, and in-depth knowledge of philosophical and historical texts were made a cult and composed the idea of "scholarship" in Imperial China.

    The Moscow Kremlin Museums at “InterMuseum 2018”

    The Moscow Kremlin Museums will take part in the XX International Museum Festival “InterMuseum 2018”. The event will be held at the All-Russia Exhibition Center from 31 May to 3 June 2018. The Moscow Kremlin Museums will present a project “The Lost Monuments of the Moscow Kremlin”.

    The Moscow Kremlin Museums Participate in the International Event “A Place at the Royal Table”

    The Moscow Kremlin Museums participate in the international project “A Place at the Royal Table” which coincides with the Year of European Cultural Heritage. Twelve European palaces – members of the European Royal Residences Network, such as Schönbrunn Palace (Austria), Château of Chambord (France), Palaces of Versailles and Trianon (France), Historic Royal Palaces (United Kingdom), Parques de Sintra - Monte da Lua (Portugal), Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów (Poland), Prince’s Palace of Monaco (Monaco), Royal Palace of Caserta (Italy), Peterhof State Museum-Reserve (Russia) and others are joining together to share their history.
