Showcase 9. Moscow jewellery in the first half of the XVIIth century

Within the Armoury collection there are various jewellery artworks of the Russian makers of the early XVIIth century. The showcase 9 represents the items of the period of reconstruction after the “Time of Troubles”, when workshops of the Kremlin Stables Office, Golden and Silver Chambers have been restored. Pieces of jewellery, executed by the renowned artists, i.e. Gavrila Ovdokimov, Danila Osipov, Yuriy Frobos and others, are worth the visitor's attention to observe.
