Responding to Your financial help to our projects Moscow Kremlin Museums would offer all the partners the following Sponsors’ privileges:
1. Placing Your logotype and fixing the status of exhibition projects’ Sponsor:
- denoting the Company is SPONSOR of the project on two vynil posters (in the Russian and English languages) in front of the Exhibition hall (the Assumption Belfry on Cathedral Square of the Kremlin), on the banner at the Belfry;
- denoting the financial support by SPONSOR in every advertising actions on the project;
- denoting SPONSOR and placing the SPONSOR’s logotype in every printed material concerning the project
- denoting the SPONSOR’s support on Moscow Kremlin Museums’ official website
- Information of the financial support by SPONSOR will be included to press-relises of the project
- SPONSOR has right to make and issue his own press-relise
- SPONSOR has right to have speech on the press-conference in the presence of mass-media representatives
2. Organizing special events for business partners, clients and investors inside the Kremlin territory:
- Granting an agreed number of invitation cards for vernissages and cocktail parties on the occasion of opening a display, SPONSORED by the Company.
- For the GENERAL SPONSOR of the display the museum would offer its territory for organizing of an exclusive VIP-reception with a special programme in the historical interior of the Ceremonial Front-hall of the Armoury Chamber, built by architect Konstantin Ton in the mid 19th century, or in the Mirovarennaya Chamber of the Patriarch’s Palace among precious museum items of the 15th-17th centuries.
Pay private tour of the display with a special guide; - Organizing and guiding of a a VIP-group tour (administration of the firm and their honoured guests) in the Grand Kremlin Palace;
- Concert in historical halls of the Armoury Chamber and the patriarch’s Palace.
3. Free visiting of the display for the SPONSOR of display projects.
The privilege is given to the company’s employees during the whole exhibition run. Number of tickets is agreed in the contract.
4. In case of the SPONSOR's supporting publishing projects, his logotype and the Company’s name, acknowledgements of the head of the Company and special thanks to the SPONSOR will be placed on the title page of the edition.
Publishing of exhibition catalogues and catalogues of the museum collections, facsimile editions of unique printed monuments are eminent actions of unique Native cultural monuments’ publishing, the ones being preserved in the Armoury Chamber.
5. In case of purchasing new exhibits for the Moscow Kremlin Museums’ collection, the name of the SPONSOR will be signed on the description card of the exhibit, displayed at the museum’s permanent or temporal exposition. The very action of gift giving to the Museum may be accompanied with a press-conference or a presentation.
The Museum is very much interested in charitable help for acquisition of rare artworks of applied art on the antiques market. This honourable action would give life to the ancient tradition of donations and contributions, often made by Russian Tsars, Russian mecenates, eminent representatives of Russian noblemen and merchants in the 19th century, who replenished the Armoury collection with precious monuments of Russian and West-European art.
6. In case of supporting construction and reconstruction projects of Moscow Kremlin Museums’ buildings there will be mounted a memorial table with gratitude to the Sponsors at the walls of the new built and reconstructed buildings.
A financial supporting construction and restoration projects is of great value for the oldest Russian museum’s life, particularly in 2006, as Moscow Kremlin Museums celebrates the 200th Anniversary. Thus, we are talking of new buildings, those for housing exhibition halls, funds and conservation and restoration workshops as well as works on restoration and conservation of world architectural monuments - the Moscow Kremlin’s cathedrals and the Armoury Chamber’s building.
To demonstrate the scale of opportunities opening for your companies inside the Kremlin walls in case of cultural projects sponsorship we would name several facts:
- Moscow Kremlin Museums belong to the most frequented museums of the country - over 1300.000 visitors a year
- Considering the uniqueness of exhibition projects of the Museum, in two-three months of a display’s run the number of visitors comes up to 30.000 - 50.000
- A lot of exhibitions in Moscow Kremlin Museums are supported by the Moscow Patriarchate, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, so that the opening receipt is visited by persons of diplomatic and business circles of Russia and Church hierarchs.
- Finishing of reconstruction of the architectural ensemble of the early 19th century on the Manezhnaya str., 7
(in the opposite of the Alexandrov Gardens) will widen the Museum's opportunities in organizing VIP-parties for the Museum's partners and friends in public appartments.
